Terms and Conditions

Prices are based on:

All your information and material being supplied to us electronically – by email or disk.

Scanning:

Your catalogues, pictures, logos, or other hard copy can be scanned and converted to text and graphics. We charge a little extra for scanning, depending on quantity. We accept material on disk or email at no cost.

Consultations:

Phone/email consultations are free. Most of our clients find email is good. We can also arrange a meeting.

Special effects:

We'll quote to your specification for special effects, music, video, Flash animations.

Domain name and Hosting:

We can register your Domain name (www.yourname.com.au) and arrange hosting.

A fee of $10 for each is charged (this does not include the actual cost for a domain name or hosting fees. It is merely a charge for our time)

Proofreading:

While we may correct any obvious errors in text sent to us for a website, the responsibility for proofreading remains with the person sending the text. We can arrange for 3rd party proofreading.

Copyright:

Where material is supplied to us for publishing on the web, whilst we take every care, obtaining permission to use any copyright material is the responsibility and cost of the website owner.

Return of material:

For return of your CD's, disks, photos, catalogues, etc., please send with postage paid self addressed envelope, otherwise these will not be returned.

Quotation terms:

Prices quoted are firm for 1 month from date of email quotation, as long as your requirements do not change.

If we feel that the project is ‘running over', or has become more work than first anticipated, we will contact you and work to find a solution. Extra costs may incur with your consent.

Links:

Ewe and Me Design links to its clients' websites and requires a small link back to www.eweand me.com.au.

Guarantees and Warranties:

We do not guarantee any results from your internet projects, but we will do our very best to help you achieve your objectives on the internet with the material and information you supply. If we make any typographical or system errors we will correct these as soon as they are discovered at our cost. We accept no liability for any consequential loss.

Payments:

Hosting and domain name registration costs are payable in advance.

10% deposit is required prior to us working on your project.

Balance due on completion of project and payable 7 days from invoice.

All prices above are based on these terms.

If any payment is not received in accordance with above terms, Ewe and Me Design reserves the right to withhold, withdraw or remove files or programs from a project until payment received.
